At Viscous exteriors we take pride in creating quality work for our clients. We are licensed and insured plastering practitioners carrying out a wide range of work from complete plaster facade installation and finishing, through to general exterior plastering of renovations, landscaping walls and painting. We understand and appreciate the importance of accurate installation of our products to every project.
We work in a small team of craftsmen tackling large and small projects across the whole of Auckland. Our work is quality assured and carry’s a manufacturers warranty with all products used. We are approved applicators for Resene Rockcote,Specialized plaster NZ and Dulux plaster systems.

CLADDING SYSTEMS
Viscous Exteriors are licensed and approved installers of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) panel cladding Systems supplied by :
• Dulux Exsulite Cladding System
• Specialized Construction EZ Panel system
• Rockcote/Resene Integra lightweight concrete facade systems
Once installed and finished with a layer of fibreglass reinforced plaster this creates a lightweight highly durable exterior cladding.
Our panel installations are guaranteed for 15 years from the date of completion.

At Viscous Exteriors we cover a full range exterior plaster products using cement based and acrylic based applications providing a service over the whole of the Auckland region.

EXTERIOR PAINTING
The exterior paint system plays a crucial part to the weather tightness of your property and also an integral part of any plaster system installed.
At Viscous Exteriors we understand the performance of the paint is dependent upon the substrate on which it is applied to and proper preparation must be carried out to our high standard to ensure the best result for our client.
Common remedial works before painting can include:
• Crack/Fracture repairs.
• Installation of expansion control joints.
• Flashings/diversions to be installed where required.
All premium exterior paints supplied by Resene and Dulux carry a manufacturers warranty.

SOFT WASHING
To maintain your property to the highest standard and keep it looking at its best we recommend annual soft washing of your home to remove moss , grime and any other contaminants which may cause premature breakdown of the paint surface.
